近日,光電集團(tuan)西安(an)(an)應用光學研究所獲“陜西省健(jian)康企業(ye)建(jian)設(she)示范單位”稱號。研究所始(shi)終堅持“普及知識、提(ti)升素養(yang),早期干預(yu)、預(yu)防為主(zhu),全員(yuan)參與、共建(jian)共享(xiang)”的基(ji)本工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原則(ze),通過夯實本質安(an)(an)全、培育健(jian)康文化、完善(shan)健(jian)康管理機制、創建(jian)綠色健(jian)康工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)環境(jing)等(deng)措施(shi),積極推進“健(jian)康企業(ye)”建(jian)設(she),不斷改善(shan)健(jian)康作(zuo)業(ye)環境(jing),提(ti)升職工(gong)(gong)健(jian)康素養(yang)。 夯實本質安全,守護員工健康 為實(shi)現研究所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)本質安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)度不(bu)斷提升(sheng),有(you)效(xiao)落實(shi)全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)責任(ren)意(yi)識(shi),夯實(shi)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)穩定態(tai)勢(shi),近年(nian)來(lai),研究所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)按要求(qiu)積極推進“安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)三(san)年(nian)治本攻堅行動”,結合(he)企業自身(shen)特點,組織開展了聚(ju)焦基層一線抓(zhua)落實(shi)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)專項行動、危險(xian)作(zuo)(zuo)業場所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)準軍(jun)事化管理等工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),持續(xu)健全(quan)(quan)(quan)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)責任(ren)體系,優(you)化安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)考評(ping)機制(zhi),動態(tai)完(wan)善(shan)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)風險(xian)識(shi)別(bie)和風險(xian)分級分類管控,積極推廣智能安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)設(she)施(shi)應用,持續(xu)改(gai)善(shan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)試驗安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)條(tiao)件。如:完(wan)善(shan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)場所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)職(zhi)業健康警(jing)示標識(shi)、熱處理車間(jian)和鍍膜工(gong)藝(yi)加工(gong)車間(jian)等噪聲作(zuo)(zuo)業場所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)降噪改(gai)造(zao)、生(sheng)(sheng)活飲(yin)用水水質凈化工(gong)程等具體工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。多年(nian)來(lai)未發生(sheng)(sheng)各(ge)類安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)事故(gu)、無新增(zeng)職(zhi)業病,員(yuan)工(gong)人(ren)身(shen)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)得到(dao)有(you)效(xiao)保障。 根植健康理念,培育健康文化 通過組織健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)講(jiang)座(zuo)培訓、職(zhi)(zhi)業健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)宣傳周、開設健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)之路(lu)專欄、健(jian)(jian)步(bu)(bu)走、體(ti)質監測、專項職(zhi)(zhi)工健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)管(guan)理、提供(gong)清(qing)淡飲食輔導(dao)等多項舉措,研究所逐步(bu)(bu)培育(yu)了全員(yuan)“每個(ge)人(ren)都是自己健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)第一責(ze)任人(ren)”的(de)(de)意(yi)識,積極推行(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)文明的(de)(de)生活方(fang)式(shi)。為各(ge)部門配置了瑜伽墊(dian)、拉伸(shen)器、跳繩(sheng)、各(ge)類球拍(pai)等運動(dong)(dong)(dong)器材,在所內(nei)設置健(jian)(jian)身房,配套淋浴室,并將職(zhi)(zhi)工運動(dong)(dong)(dong)會、健(jian)(jian)步(bu)(bu)走、球類比賽等群眾性(xing)體(ti)育(yu)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)融入(ru)研究所日常工作(zuo)。多年來持續開展“萬步(bu)(bu)走”、“健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)達人(ren)”、體(ti)育(yu)競賽等活動(dong)(dong)(dong)評優評選,讓職(zhi)(zhi)工在工作(zuo)之余(yu)強身健(jian)(jian)體(ti)、品味幸福(fu),培育(yu)了良好的(de)(de)企業健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)文化。 完善健康管理機制,提升員工健康管理水平 持(chi)續開展(zhan)(zhan)職(zhi)工(gong)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)的(de)全(quan)(quan)流程(cheng)管(guan)控。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)建(jian)立職(zhi)業(ye)病危(wei)害(hai)因素傳(chuan)遞機制,健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)全(quan)(quan)職(zhi)業(ye)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)監(jian)(jian)護(hu)檔案,嚴格落實(shi)職(zhi)業(ye)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)體檢,堅決執行職(zhi)業(ye)病防(fang)(fang)護(hu)“三(san)同時”制度,針(zhen)對(dui)性開展(zhan)(zhan)噪聲(sheng)、通(tong)(tong)風環境(jing)改造(zao)(zao),配置(zhi)符合人體工(gong)學座椅等(deng)多項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),營造(zao)(zao)了良好健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)的(de)企業(ye)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍(wei),為(wei)全(quan)(quan)所職(zhi)工(gong)創造(zao)(zao)了安全(quan)(quan)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)環境(jing)。持(chi)續完善(shan)公共場所健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)監(jian)(jian)測及急(ji)(ji)救條件建(jian)設(she),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)在(zai)(zai)各(ge)部門配置(zhi)體重(zhong)計(ji)、血(xue)壓計(ji)、急(ji)(ji)救箱及各(ge)類健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)身器材,在(zai)(zai)各(ge)樓(lou)宇及生產試驗區域配置(zhi)了全(quan)(quan)自動體外除顫(zhan)儀,在(zai)(zai)各(ge)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)現場配置(zhi)了急(ji)(ji)救醫療(liao)設(she)施(shi),并開展(zhan)(zhan)定(ding)(ding)期檢測及更新(xin),同時組織(zhi)開展(zhan)(zhan)了相關(guan)設(she)備設(she)施(shi)使用(yong)的(de)專項培訓,有效提升了職(zhi)工(gong)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)自我管(guan)理(li)和急(ji)(ji)救能力(li)。針(zhen)對(dui)不同崗位的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)特點,對(dui)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)進(jin)行團隊劃(hua)分并制定(ding)(ding)針(zhen)對(dui)性的(de)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)提升目標,組織(zhi)開展(zhan)(zhan)了系列化群眾(zhong)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)活動,推動職(zhi)工(gong)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)指標改善(shan)。設(she)置(zhi)常態(tai)化健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)防(fang)(fang)護(hu)機制,定(ding)(ding)期為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)開展(zhan)(zhan)免(mian)費體測,對(dui)血(xue)壓、血(xue)糖、體重(zhong)、BMI等(deng)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)監(jian)(jian)控指標進(jin)行常態(tai)監(jian)(jian)測管(guan)理(li),為(wei)每(mei)一名員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)形成《健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)比對(dui)促進(jin)報告》,有效推進(jin)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)自我管(guan)理(li)。 追求綠色品質,營造健康環境 持續開(kai)展節(jie)能(neng)宣傳周和(he)(he)全(quan)國低碳(tan)日主題活(huo)動;在內網(wang)開(kai)辟(pi)“習(xi)近(jin)(jin)平生態文明思想學習(xi)心得”“碳(tan)達(da)峰碳(tan)中和(he)(he)”專(zhuan)題專(zhuan)欄(lan),有(you)(you)效提(ti)升全(quan)員節(jie)能(neng)環(huan)保意識(shi);組織各級黨組織、各班組在部門專(zhuan)題會及“三會一(yi)課”主題黨日中開(kai)展節(jie)能(neng)環(huan)保、綠(lv)色(se)企業(ye)相關知識(shi)的學習(xi)宣貫。所(suo)(suo)區內綠(lv)植高(gao)低錯落(luo),所(suo)(suo)容(rong)所(suo)(suo)貌整潔美觀。近(jin)(jin)年來,對生產現(xian)場三氯(lv)甲烷(wan)、氯(lv)化(hua)鋇(bei)等有(you)(you)毒有(you)(you)害原料(liao)進(jin)(jin)行了替代(dai)和(he)(he)工(gong)藝改進(jin)(jin),油霧及粉塵(chen)顆粒物治理(li)設施(shi)運行正常,員工(gong)個人防護措施(shi)到位,各類污染因(yin)子達(da)標排(pai)放,環(huan)境和(he)(he)能(neng)源管(guan)理(li)體系(xi)績(ji)效逐年提(ti)升,新質生產力中的“綠(lv)色(se)制造”“綠(lv)色(se)設計”“綠(lv)色(se)健康”等理(li)念得到有(you)(you)效貫徹落(luo)實。 研究所將繼續(xu)秉承“把保(bao)障人(ren)民健(jian)康放在優(you)先發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)戰略位置(zhi)”,持續(xu)完(wan)善健(jian)康安全(quan)制度體系(xi),有效改善作(zuo)業環境(jing),不斷(duan)提(ti)升健(jian)康管理和服務水平,讓(rang)兵(bing)器裝備建(jian)設的(de)奮斗者在“健(jian)康研究所”中體驗幸福,健(jian)康工作(zuo)!(
